Where Royal Mail have changed the small/medium parcel pricing structure from 01/04/13, we have not as we'll send via the fastest available route. This may mean your first class Royal Mail choice may come via courier. Not the other way round...City Link no longer exist so we use UPS, TNT, DHL and FedEx depending on your location. I have yet to find a way to adapt the name CityLink in the courier options page...sorry. We will not use those ropey couriers, you know who I mean...
When you place your order, your info will be stored on our database for one purpose, executing your order and relieving you of your hard earned cash (in return for some spicy stuff I might add!)

Online payments are managed by PayPal, which process all customer cards, credit and debit, and funds from PayPal balance, Information relating to payments is not stored on our website or database, as PayPal pay into our account from yours. You may call to place an order on 0845 869 2663 9am-4pm Mon-Fri if you prefer, we use Intuit as our partner for all telephone orders, again, the information, once the transaction is completed, is not stored on our database.

Our deliveries are carried out by Royal Mail for parcels up to 2 kg. Above 2kg will be sent by courier. (This applies to mainland UK only-please get in touch for the Highlands and Islands for courier rates if above 2kg) Sometimes it may be necessary to upgrade your Royal Mail chosen route to a courier, depending on volumes for that day. This will be occasionally however in future may take place of Royal Mail. CITYLINK no longer in operation, however this option is for UPS, TNT or even ParcelForce.
European parcels up to 2kg are sent via Royal Mail. Above 2kg is not possible via Royal Mail, so please get in touch on email@example.com if your order will be heavier than this and we'll tailor a quote for you via courier.
Rest of the World including USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, Airsure is the safest and fastest method as it is tracked to your address, other options would be at your risk. We suggest using the Airsure route. Again, above 2kg get in touch for a courier quote.
We are FDA registered for those of you in the USA, this will mean processing a form specific to your order, so please allow 48 hours from order for the relavant forms to be completed.
We aim to unleash orders within 3 days of receiving payment. It is rare for things to go missing, however the world is far from perfect, and occasionally this does happen. In the event you do not receive your order within 5 days of placing your order, (15 days out of UK) please do email us on firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know, stating your order number.
