Delivery

Our deliveries are carried out by Royal Mail for parcels up to 2 kg. Above 2kg will be sent by courier. (This applies to mainland UK only-please get in touch for the Highlands and Islands for courier rates if above 2kg) Sometimes it may be necessary to upgrade your Royal Mail chosen route to a courier, depending on volumes for that day. This will be occasionally however in future may take place of Royal Mail. Courier option is for UPS, DHL or  ParcelForce, we do not use Yodel or Hermes.

European parcels up to 2kg are sent via Royal Mail tracked service. Above 2kg is not possible via Royal Mail, so please get in touch on sales@grimreaperfoods.com if your order will be heavier than this and we'll tailor a quote for you via courier or choose the option available. The VAT exemption currently in place for goods imported into the EU with a value up to 22 Euro will be removed on July 1st 2021, meaning these shipments will now be subject to VAT, these low value goods require formal customs clearance, and should remain exempt from customs duties if the order value is below 150 Euro. Some cases duties are charged, you need to seek advice from your country in advance of purchases as there is a 20% restocking fee should your order be returned through non payment of duties.

Russia and Portugal - Please supply us with your personal Tax ID in advance of your order despatch, without this we cannot process your order.

Rest of the World including USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, Airsure is the safest and fastest method as it is tracked to your address, other options would be at your risk. We suggest using the Airsure route. Again, above 2kg get in touch for a courier quote.

We are FDA registered for those of you in the USA, this will mean processing a form specific to your order, so please allow an extra 48 hours from order for the relevant forms to be completed.

Despatch

We aim to unleash orders within 3 days of receiving payment. It is rare for things to go missing, however the world is far from perfect, and occasionally this does happen. In the event you do not receive your order within 5 days of placing your order, (15 days EU, up to 30 days rest of world) please do email us on sales@grimreaperfoods.com to let us know, stating your order number. Claims for loss or damage after 180 days cannot be entertained as the tracking information becomes obselete-please make sure you get in touch prior to this deadline.
