West Side Red Hot Sauce from Hell's Kitchen
The first sauce on our site to offer a Fresno pepper, this baby also has the habanero for some heat, and raspeberries for sweetness. Awesome with grilled fish, duck and as a salad dressing combined with some clean rapeseed oil, a wonderful mid-heat sauce.
Ingredients: Fresno pepper, Habanero Peppers, Shallots, Raspberry Puree, Lime Juice, Water, Cider Vinegar, Distilled Vinegar*, Salt, Garlic, Agave.
